Rosary prayed on Thursdays immediately after 6:00 PM Mass outside at the grotto to Our Lady of Guadalupe. Rosario para las intenciones de los ninos, jovenes y familias, jueves despues de misa de las 6:00. If inclement weather, the Rosary will be prayed inside the church.

Bilingual Rosary before 11:00 AM Sunday Mass - The Rosary will be recited before the 11:00 Mass. Please let the church office know if you are willing to lead the Rosary or if you would like to lead one of the decades.

2nd Sunday of each month - 12:00 pm - “Fellowship Encuentro” Everyone is invited to the hall after the 11:00 am Masses on the 2nd Sunday of each month for fellowship and light refreshments.

“Kaffee Klatsch” - Sundays After 9:00 Mass - Everyone is invited to the hall after the Sunday 9:00 AM Masses for fellowship and light refreshments.

Faith Formation classes are 10:00 - 11:00 AM on Sundays. If you have any questions, please contact Kim Baethge at 830-997-0783 or email at kdbaethge@gmail.com    Also, Adult Sunday School at 10:00AM in the hall.

This is the first of many communications in our bulletin for the upcoming On the Way - ¡Andale! Capital Campaign. This is an exciting time for our parish and parishes throughout the archdiocese. This campaign will have a tremendous impact on the needs of our parish while also enabling our vibrant and growing archdiocese to address the bright future of the Church in South Central Texas.

The Second Collection next weekend is for World Mission Sunday

New Pastoral Council Board Members - Thank you to all the nominees and to those of you that participated in the election process. Kelli Olfers and George Voorhees have been elected to serve 3-year terms on the Board. Thank you to outgoing members, Dana Sultemeier and Brandon Weinheimer.

The “Remembrance Book” for All Souls during November has been placed on the podium by the votive candle stand. You may enter the names of the deceased that you wish to pray for in the book. The souls of those listed in the book will be prayed for during Masses in November.

Saturday, October 20 - 9th Annual Knights of Columbus Bestfest fundraiser, at Marktplatz in Fredericksburg; 11:00 AM-11:00 PM. Raffle tickets for a “Kawasaki Mule” and other prizes are available from George Voorhees and at the event.

Sunday, October 28, St. Mary’s School Turkey Dinner - Serving starts at 10:30 - Representatives from the school, D’Ann Eilers Tatsch & daughters, Caitlin and Ellie, will be selling meal tickets and raffle tickets at St. Francis Xavier after all our weekend masses next weekend (October 20 & 21).
